Amazing house and location!

We got married

We booked this house just about a year in advance because we knew if we wanted to stay here we needed to act fast. We arrived to the house and everything was clean and organized as advertised. Cindy is the property manager and communicated great with us making the check in and out painless. Highly recommend staying at 901 in ocean lakes. Also we got married on the beach right off of the balcony it was beautiful, convenient and the best time ever!

Beautiful view in all directions!

What amazing decks and nice deck chairs! Beds were comfy! Plenty of inside furniture for family to gather to watch the game! And lots of room around the table! Easy to communicate with owners with any minor concerns! Only drawback was lots of stairs which wasn’t a problem for any in our group except me and my hip🥴! The bedroom on the main floor is the bunk room. But we mananaged and had a lovely time! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful beach home!

Beautiful Oceanfront

This home was just what we were looking for! You can’t get closer to the beach! The 2 decks and ground level had tons of furniture to enjoy the views! It was clean and comfortable. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. We would love to stay here again!

house much smaller than lots online

bedrooms small , inside kitchen cabinet mess, pots and pans old. deck is Wonderfull and deck chairs.not enough bathrooms. price way too high for what you get

Perfect beach house location

We enjoyed being right on the beach and right next to the playgrounds. Kids could easily walk to playground across the street and we could easily watch them from the house. Great outdoor spaces with the decks and all the chairs. Campground was close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again! Cindy was great to work with and responded quickly when we texted her. We had kids ages 8 to 17 and 5 adults and all of us enjoyed every minute of our time there!

Family Vacation 2022

We have been renting vacation homes for our multi- family vacation for the past 15 years. This property was hands down one of the nicest homes that we have stayed in. The location was perfect for our family - right on the beach and next to the playground. The kiddos loved it! The house was exactly as it was described and it was very clean and well appointed! Cindy was so easy to work with and very accessible if we had any questions. We will definitely rent again the next time we are in Myrtle Beach!

I would’ve given 10 stars if I could!!!

This house is Beautiful!!!! Everything about it is perfect. It has to be in the best spot on the grounds. They view of the ocean was glorious from every angle of the house. The house itself was very nice, decorations were definitely an eye catcher. My family and I was there for my son’s Birthday Memorial and I know he would’ve loved this house. We were able to get to the beach very easily. I am definitely planning on going back. I can just imagine how wonderful the deck (which goes around the house by the way) feels at night in warmer weather. Loved it, Loved it, Loved it

My Grandkids Call It "The Big House"

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this beautiful home. It is perfect for our family. The grandkids loved playing on the big decks and I loved watching the sunrise every morning. The house is gorgeous and the location is the best. It is a short walk to the ocean. Watching the waves and hearing the ocean is so relaxing. There is so much room inside and out. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is great. Our week flew by. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer. The kids loved all the Halloween decorations and trick or treating. You can't go wrong staying in this beautiful home.

Paradise at Seaside 901!

I truly can't say enough good things about our stay. It was AMAZING, WONDERFUL and PERFECT! The house & location couldn't have been any better!! Cindy was AMAZING when it came to my questions/requests and even her husband Marty delivered a full propane tank when ours was out. They are very hospitable, accommodating, patient people and I never feel like I was a bother. There is one downside to the trip: IT'S NOT OUR HOUSE. LOL If you get a chance, stay at this beach house . . . you won't regret it!! We hope to visit again!! Karen

What a Great Home

This home was perfect for our group ranging from 18 months to 87 years. Great grandma was able to watch the grandchildren enjoy the ocean while sitting in the shade on the porch! Everything about this house is perfect and exactly as described. Thank you for sharing this home. We hope to stay again!

Amazing views, location, location, location, beautiful home.

From the moment that we were interested in getting additional information until we checked out, the whole process was very easy very smooth, and the property manager Cindy Johnson was amazing at communicating everything that we needed at the right time, the home is beautiful very clean brand new inside and out, the three decks on the home are just amazing and it has all the views and it’s literally the closest house to the beach, there’s nothing closer in Myrtle Beach. We are very grateful to the owners that provided the home to be rented and we are very happy we chose those home.

This house was perfect!

We spent our April vacation here with another family. The home was clean and spacious enough to share with another family. every inch of the house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. We ordered groceries online from a local grocery store had them delivered to the front gate. There is a nice grill at the house. We grilled every night, it made feeding a large group every night easy. We did walk over to the Quarterdeck along the beach a couple of times to get some yummy fried fish, they have live music some nights. Check their website. For lunches, the teens loved going over to the Meets and Eats grill. Food was great and fair prices. We also did family i ecream nights there. . We rented a golf cart and our 17 year olds loved taking it around. We visited the water park for 1 of the days. It has a great section for little kids. We enjoyed using the basketball court and cornhole boards. You can check out a basketball and corn hole bags for free at the Rec center! We were also able to get some Mexican train dominoes from the Rec center and had several game nights. This is the best house in the complex. The only house that abuts the beach. Set your alarm and watch the beautiful sunrise every morning from the deck. This house also comes with great property manager! Cindy was so helpful to me. I was able to text her with any little need or question and she responded in a timely manner every time. You won’t be disappointed with this house, we loved it!

Breathtaking - Exceeded Expectations

Situated steps from the beach, this house was truly a home! Breathtaking views from the porch, high end out door furniture and amenities that make you feel at home. Beds very comfortable, views from all rooms of the ocean. All the comforts of a "5 Star" Resort but the feel and atmosphere of being at home. Nothing you needed that was not available on this property. We WILL be back!!!!! Thank you Cindy for your help to make this family reunion a time to remember!
