The Space:

The apartment features two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The downstairs primary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and easy access to a remodeled private bathroom. Upstairs, the loft-style suite boasts an en-suite bathroom and is accessible via a spiral staircase, perfect for the kids! The loft bedroom also includes a full-sized and a twin bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku-connected smart TV for all your streaming needs. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for you to create a gourmet meal, with a dining table seating four and additional bar stool seating. Relax in the comfortable living room, complete with two couches and a 65" smart TV with premium cable and streaming options. Enjoy fast and reliable Wi-Fi with speeds exceeding 100 Mbps.

Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes! Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! We're just a 15-minute drive from Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber and similar services are readily available, with rides typically costing between $20-$25. For exploring Surfside Beach and nearby areas, consider renting a gas-powered golf cart. Please note that electric carts are not recommended due to the lack of charging stations.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
