Beachfront Oceanside Condo. Incredible view: Channel Marker

Channel Marker
This 3rd floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo directly on Surfside Beach accommodates 1-7 guests. Features include a fully stocked and upgraded kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all of the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay! We provide new plush towels and all linens to accommodate seven guests. Wi-Fi, DVD player, new washer/dryer, all new mattresses, furniture, and wonderful waterproof flooring! This complex has a private Oceanside swimming pool (open seasonally) and a charcoal grill with a picnic area. The oceanfront balcony overlooking the Atlantic is by far the best view in town! Channel Marker is a 3 story walk-up. NO ELEVATORS.

Surfside Beach is a small seaside town ~8 miles south of Myrtle Beach near Murrells Inlet. Nicknamed 'The Family Beach', Surfside maintains a small town laid back child-friendly environment. The town-owned fishing pier, water park, miniature golf, super markets and restaurants are just a short walk, golf cart or car ride away. From this convenient location you can visit Ripley's Aquarium, Brookgreen Gardens and many local golf courses.

We hope you enjoy our home and we take great pride in our beachfront condo. That said, being so close to the beach carries certain unique issues specific to the location. Normal wear and tear as well as weather events are much greater in this environment. Please understand all efforts are made to accurately identify all amenities. Occasionally amenities may be unavailable due to seasonal closings, repairs, and other issues beyond the control of the owner. We will make best efforts to update our listing with accurate information when possible. We also cannot control the weather. Atlantic Hurricane season runs from June 1 - November 30 but storms can still occur outside of those dates.

Pool season is March 31st through Sept 30th.

We have upgraded to Spartan disinfectant, which Approved by CDC for COVID.

Unfortunately we are unable offer refunds due to uncontrollable events where amenities are unavailable and/or poor weather. Please obtain travel insurance, available when you book, if you are concerned that one of these events may occur during your booked stay.

3 day getaway

We got to the property 21/2 hours early and Luther allowed us to check in! The location of this property is absolutely gorgeous. We sat outside on the balcony every morning and had coffee and watched all the happy people on the beach!

Surfside Beach Vacation!

My family had a great vacation, staying right on the beach and enjoying the morning sunrises, walks on the beach, building sandcastles with the grandchildren, and exploring the town of Surfside Beach.

Condo was comfortable for our family of 4. The layout was perfect for our two young kids. Kitchen was well equipped. Host was also very quick to respond when there were questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Such a wonderful stay!

My family just got back from an incredible stay! We absolutely loved the condo - it was clean, in a really cute area, and had a gorgeous view of the ocean! We had a lot of fun exploring the neighborhood and really enjoyed eating at Pizza Hyena a few blocks away near the Surfside Pier. Thank you so much for such a great stay - we can’t wait to come back soon!

Lovely condo. Pictures don’t show the nice updates including a new couch, new blinds on slider, and removal of the popcorn ceiling. Luther is great. Quick to respond to inquiries. Kitchen is well equipped - nice big coffee mugs for coffee lovers! Keurig and pods provided. Great stay- will return.

The condo was recently nicely updated and comfortable. Well stocked with everything you would need... good use of space with the bunk-beds and washer & dryer in bathroom. MB was a great size. Luther was very accessible through texts and very accommodating to our needs.

Wonderful family getaway!

Loved the condo, the location and how close to the beach it was. It was very nice to also have a pool if you needed to just wind down after being in the heat all day. Luther was very quick to respond when I did need to ask a question. I would definitely stay again.

Great Stay in Surfside!

This condo is in a great location -- right on the beach and close to many amenities. The property is accurately captured in the photos and description. It's very cute and well maintained. The top floor means 4 flights of stairs but we didn't mind that at all. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

3A State Golf Tournament

This property was great. Right on the beach and comfortable! We were there for a 3A State golf tournament played at Hackler course in Conway. It was an easy drive back and forth. Just perfect for a relaxing evening after a long tournament. Then our Wren High School WON 3A STATE! Our trip was perfect.

Great place with everything you need

Communication with the host was excellent, let us know place was ready a bit early which was convenient as we were driving. Unit was sparkling clean, updated and as in description. Did have a minor issue with cable, but Luther was easy reachable via text and resolved the problem. Only issue, and was my fault, did not fully read description, and the unit is a walk up and thought it is on the 3ed floor there is a parking garage underneath the building. So if you do not mind walking up the 4 floors of stairs to get to the unit this is a great unit.

Surfside Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Very clean and accommodating. Amazing view of the ocean! Got the best sleep, listening to the ocean all night. It's at a great location, so you're close to everything! The owner is a super nice guy and always answered me in a timely manner when I had a question. Only negative is that it's on the top floor so you have to trek all your luggage up 4 stories.
