Very Pleased

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our rental. It was everything that he said it would be. Very well maintained and very clean. When we checked in we had a problem with 2 of the TVs but they sent someone over quickly. Staff was friendly. We got the linen package and was very pleased with all the items they left. They had plenty of outdoor furniture.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool maintenance was lacking at this property. We had to make several calls to get the pool person to come out and he would only throw in chemicals and leave within 5 minutes. He never truly addressed the issue of the pool pump not working properly. The management company responded quickly, I believe it was just the lack of care from the pool employee. We lost a day of swimming at the pool because of this issue.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall condition of the house was very good, however the furniture in the livingroom needs real attention and almost uncomfortable to sit on its so dirty. The company may want to look in to new furniture with slip covers that can be removered and washed after each guest. Also the floors and baseboards could use a good cleaning. The overall facility was good and pool was kept in good condition and maintained during our stay.

The rooms were all a good size and the layout was very nice. Nice to have a kitchen and washer/dryer while on vacation. Would stay there again. Lee M

Could have used some better pots and pans. Teflon coating was cooking of the ones in the unit. It was a dusty in bedroom down stairs, but we took care of it. I would stay there again. Internet didn't work very well. The pc virus protection was out and needed to be updated said your security is at rest. Didn't give you a good feeling about using the pc.
