This home features an open floor plan connecting the living and dining rooms with the kitchen. The kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinets, tiled flooring and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. Other amenities include washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Seven TVs (flat-screen in bedrooms, cable), DVD players, high speed Internet, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two king, three queen and one twin-sized bed, plus a queen-sized sofa bed. Outdoor amenities include three covered porches (two front, one back), a private 20-by-12-foot swimming pool with furnished pool area, grill, and ample parking (some covered). No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 13

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
