The Story Behind Camp Sunny Waters: Chris and Kristen, the owners, have spent many wonderful holidays at Lake of the Ozarks over the years, making lifelong memories with family and friends. In 2022, they made their dream come true by purchasing this beautiful fixer-upper and transforming it into Camp Sunny Waters. Inspired by their fondest memories of summer camp, they hope that you too will make lasting memories during your stay.

The Space:
Experience lakeside living at its best in this charming, camp-inspired home on the 26th mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks in Sunrise Beach, Missouri. This 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath lakefront retreat comfortably sleeps 12, making it the perfect destination for family vacations, group getaways, or a fun-filled holiday with friends.
About the Space: Camp Sunny Waters is designed with warm, nostalgic touches reminiscent of summer camps, offering a cozy yet spacious environment. The open floor plan seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, with large windows that frame breathtaking views of the lake. You’ll love gathering around the fire pit, relaxing on the deck, or heading down to the water for a day of fun.

Guest Access:
All guest will have access to the entire house, dock and hot tub. Access to boat is only available with a charter guide certified Captain licence through the U.S. Coast Guard and pre approval from owner. An up-charge will be applied and varies by season and hourly. NOT Available :A Boat Slip, Lift or Trailer parking .

The proximity to nearby attractions like The Famous Shoot Out hosted by Captains Ron's ,Ozarks State Park, the Bagnell Dam Strip, the Ha Ha Tonka State Park , Bridal Cave. And the Ozarks Amphitheater that host big name Bands and Shows this gives you plenty of options for day trips and exploring the beauty of the region.
