It is in the perfect location, close to River Run lifts and shuttle, and is within walking distance to West Ketchum's movie theater, shops, and bistros.

This condo offers modern accommodations, flat-screen smart TVs, and wireless internet. The ground level has entries at both the front and the back, which lead to the dining/living room and den. The gas fireplace adds warmth and comfort. The dining area accommodates up to 6 guests at table seating, while the adjacent granite kitchen bar offers 3 stools at the counter. The kitchen has newer appliances, an instant-on hot water dispenser, and the expected array of small kitchen appliances. The living room has a 28-inch flat-screen TV with cable for viewing from the love seat, ottoman, or nearby seated dining area. There is a deck off the ground-level den with a rear fenced courtyard offering southwest views. The den has a new queen sofa sleeper, a 43-inch flat screen Smart TV with cable, and an adjacent bath with a shower and a washer and dryer. The unit does not have A/C.

The second level offers two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath. The primary suite offers a king bed, vaulted ceiling, 28-inch Smart TV with no cable, but is WiFi-linked for live streaming. The en-suite bath has a shower and a bathtub. Partial mountain views can be enjoyed from this bedroom. The second bedroom also offers mountain views and has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom (shower only).

Complex Features: Alpine Villa Condominiums are conveniently located near the bike path and are within walking distance of the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. The complex common area offers a coin-operated laundry facility. There is a free shuttle that will transport you to ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
