"Location was beyond perfect!!! Very close to Subway, City Bike stations (highly recommend as a way to see all the sights) and restaurants. Only a few blocks from Penn Station. Couldnt say anything bad about the place itself-pictures are exact. Only small issues were a delay in cleaning upon arrival (contacted Claudia and cleaner came right away) and the lack of extra essentials for an extended stay (trash bags, towels, etc.). Street noise is extreme but I didn't expect anything else in the city....

"Jeyhun’s place was exactly as pictured, in a very safe area, and super close to lots of cute shops and great restaurants. We loved the decor and the beds were extremely comfortable. Host was very communicative and helpful - he provided quick assistance and clear check-in instructions with pictures. Would definitely recommend!"

"If you want to live like a real New Yorker, skip the hotels. The unit is super clean, even cuter than the description, and it has everything you'll need. I experienced a slight hiccup upon check-in, but the host remedied it within minutes and was very responsive throughout my entire stay. The little patio is HUGE by NY standards, and serene. "This property has several units sharing a living room/eating area, kitchen, and a bathroom. The check-in process was very easy once the host made contact. Property was clean.
