"The property is so authentic to the original structure, filled with antiques, it's like stepping back in time, only with better plumbing! Lynda was the perfect hostess. She anticipated that we would need a first floor room without my asking. The property was accessible to my parents who have mobility issues. We enjoyed our made to order breakfast, including gluten free toast. Not a lot of dining near the property that we could see, although there is a list of restaurants in the room. "

"This is an amazing mission revival home with a great history, beautiful stain glass windows and furnishings. The residential neighborhood is lovely yet close to restaurants and other Vicksburg attractions. The only hitch for us was safely climbing in and out of a vintage tub and the shower curtain close about you in the shower. Otherwise, it had all the modern amenities like good lighting, a fridge, and an easy to operate heating and cooling system."

"What a great and unique place! We stayed in "The Cabin" room, which apparently is the oldest wood structure in the county, and you could tell it was very historic, yet also very comfortable. The Inn is in a perfect location in town, within a few steps of restaurants and also the National Park. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and fun to have family style seating for the meal too (although you can also choose to have it served to the room). A fantastic place to stay for a night (as we did)...

"For a stay in Beaufort, SC, for my money, the Rhett House Inn cannot be beat. It is located in the heart of the historic district and within walking distance of almost everything. We parked our car on Friday afternoon and didn't see it again until we checked out on Sunday. In between, we walked to various sites of interest and restaurants throughout the day. BTW, a cooked-to-order breakfast, coffee & tea are included, as well as afternoon cheese and evening dessert. The staff is friendly and...
