"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is absolutely beautiful. We felt a little confused getting to the property because GPS was not accurate and we had to drive through the parking lot of a dog boarding business but there were signs that were helpful. The home was beautiful and thoughtful. The hot tub was clean and a nice amenity. The pond was beautiful. We woke up to snow on the last day and it was beautiful. Very cozy getaway. I truly can’t think of any negatives. You won’t regret...

If you have anything larger than a small sedan and are arriving at night, not a good choice. "Quiet town close to hiking and biking trails. Nice coffee shop across the street. Exxon gas and mini-mart across the street also. "

"Location was great and close to nearby State Parks and attractions. Very clean and nice amenities. Even for short stay host provided bottle of wine and small gifts for our stay. We had a comfortable quiet stay away from the kids. Would rent here again if we return to the area. Priced well compared to hotel and much more space. Host was helpful on the holiday to clarify location and parking instructions. We had a lovely holiday getaway. "

"We found this apartment at the last minute of our New River Gorge National Park trip planning. It turned out a hidden gem to us. The apartment is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood of Oak Hill, a perfect home base to visit New River Gorge and other state parks in the area. The apartment itself is cozy, charming, well lighted and spotless clean. We feel so comfortable and relaxed as at home. all appliances are well kept and properly functioned. "Had everything u need in kitchen, bathroom n bedrooms . Everything was so clean, washer n dryer if u needed it. Close to shopping n groceries , quiet, easy to find I would recommend to anyone to stay there.We visited so friends in West Va n showed it to several friends and they thought it was adorable. "The hosts were very communicative and the location is perfect for people who love to ski but the apartment is in a terrible condition. The sofas very so hard that we couldn’t sit in them, the beds were squeaking, there were no comforters but just a sheet to cover yourself while sleeping, the paint was peeling off in many areas, the TVs are old and not smart TVs, the commodes in the bathroom are too low and small. I can keep going."
