"Great stay! We spent most of the time at Caesar's Casino, but the house served our purposes perfectly. The single bathroom is a drag, but then again, we didn't need to use it much. Price is fair considering Casino prices, but a little steep for the location. "

"We loved staying at the "KINGSDALE" during our recent visit to Franklin VA. The house was immaculate and the host was very responsive and the check-in and check-out process was super easy. I highly recommend!"

"We communicated specifics with the owner, so won't go into full details. The location is great, but that doesn't overcome that it was uncomfortably dirty in many ways. AC went out, so with temps in the 90s the inside was a balmy 82...all night and no way to open the windows. The bottom line is, with this booking there was a higher than normal cleaning fee. When we arrived we expected the place to be spotless. It was the opposite.This is also a duplex. That was not clear to us when we booked....
