Amazing lake getaway offers you all you need for stress free and relaxing vacation. Your refrigerator will be stocked w/water and soda, bedrooms w/comfortable linens, duvets, robes and slippers, bathrooms w/fluffy towels and disposable toiletries. Just bring your toothbrush and enjoy lake living at it’s best. Our 3 levels waterfront Townhouse has been renovated in 2024 and it offers 2 bedroom suits upstairs, with lake view master and deck. Fully equipped kitchen on the main level, dinning table seats 6, family room w, tv, WiFi, board games, spacious lake front deck.
Lower level offers full bath, bedroom w/queen bed and sleeping sofa and covered outdoor patio with direct access to the lake. Boat slip is also available and suitable for pontoon boat, large floating deck to swim, sunbathing, fishing, lounging kayaks. Don't want to drive a boat - No Problem!!! We offer Pontoon captain service, just ask to book in advance.
Pack light!!! We offer beach towels, floats, life jackets, kayaks, corn hole. In a case of a bad weather high speed WiFi, TV, board games, books. Grocery stores, restaurants, movie theater, YMCA is only 5 minutes away.

Great views of the main channel of the Roanoke River. Clean property and excellent owner hospitality. Owner was exceptional to work with and communicated with me despite traveling abroad. I would highly recommend this property and host!

My sisters and enjoyed a long weekend getaway and also hosted my son and daughter in law who traveled from NC. We had a beautiful stay, the views from the balcony were wonderful, saw the deer every morning. Very peaceful and quiet area, about a 15 minute drive to local restaurants. We visited Smith Mountain State park a few times, which is a beautiful park, about a 30 minute drive on the other side of the lake. We also enjoyed swimming right off the dock at the condo! There was plenty of room at the condo for everyone and it was beautifully decorated and very clean. Would certainly stay again!

Lovely townhome. Beautifully decorated, furniture like brand new, beds very comfortable, and in a great location. The unit has everything you need for cooking. The owners have added extra touches in the bathroom in case you forget your toothbrush or soap. Best part the townhome had are kayaks and outdoor games. It was great fun to go out on the water with the kayaks. We stayed a week at the end of June, during a heat wave and the A/C did a great job of keeping the unit cool. The location is nice and quiet and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely rent this townhome again.

Beautiful Stay at the Lake

Gracious Host, beautiful Lake, unfortunately it was not a good fit for us. Too many stairs, no bathroom or bedroom on main level. We had elderly person and I didn’t realize that we would be subject to stairs, every time she needed to use bathroom. Ended up she was confined to bottom level and we had to take dinner to her. We ended up in Urgent care with her as she ended up injuring her shin on the step. House was great for people that don’t have physical limitations or bad knees. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Ultimately I didn’t make sure it was a good fit. That is on me! Would recommend for active people with no limitations.

Perfect!

4 adults went to the lake for a weekend away. The house was plenty of space to be on our own or together for meals and games. The dock is very close, it had kayaks so we spent one morning out on the water. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, one as a master and the others adjoining ,which is wonderful! The owners responded quickly when we did ask a question once or twice.

Nice property with perfect location. It’s somewhat overpriced with all the fee, tax, and property damage insurance. The total amount came to be much much higher than the rate listed.

Labor Day Weekend

Very nice stay at this Smith Mountain Lake condo. They have everything you need for enjoying the lake, such as life vests, floats, and kayaks. The condo is as advertised. We enjoyed swimming off the floating dock and sitting on the back decks. We will definitely book again when visiting SML.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay! The townhome was perfect size and loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Plenty of linens and toiletries. Only thing was that the kitchen was lacking some basic things like a strainer and can opener. We did purchase a $4 can opener and left it there. So many wine glasses but only 3 bowls. So maybe some dishes have been broken. The walk down to the lake is a hill but we know that is a norm at SML. Loved that we had dock access and somewhere to pull the boat up to the day we rented a pontoon! Overall this place was definitely a great place and great value!

Nice Place

Nice place in a good location. The place has a beautiful view of the lake and we enjoyed having a morning coffee or evening wine on the deck. Having use of the boat slip was an added bonus. Hosts are quick to respond to questions. Would stay again.

The Lake House

Optimal location and great layout, amenities lacking

Loved the location, about 10 minutes from many points of interest. Waterfront location fairly in the middle of the lake with easy access to dock (though down a steep hill). Use of the provided boat slip is great renting a boat for a few days. Provided kayaks were fun to use on weekday mornings without much boat traffic. The beds throughout leave a bit to be desired, and the lack of a grill is a big miss. Not enough and cheap outdoor seating is also unfortunate. Townhouse was super clean, kitchen was great, very thankful for all the towels and linens provided. Overall great experience for our first trip to SML!

Great location and views

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was clean and nicely decorated. The perfect size for our group of three. The view from the deck and patio was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped, a grill would have been great but understand can be challenging to maintain. The host was incredibly responsive to our questions. I would stay here again and have recommended it to others.
