"This is a great house for a group rental. I rented it for a bachelor party/birthday celebration for a long weekend. The listing says that it sleeps up to 12 people, but I would not recommend more than 8-10. My group was 8 people which was perfect. The owner was very easy to work with, and sent us very detailed instructions for everything that we needed. The private dock is wonderful, and the view of the casinos across the marina is even better. You do share the dock area with neighboring condos...

"Location and house was great. Communication excellent. House does have a bathtub which they should list. Perfect four bedroom each with its own bathroom. Only complaint was kitchen lacked basic amenities such as serving bowls and/or mixing bowls and platters or a dish draining rack. Very easy fix! "
