"Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Look elsewhere for your money…."

"The staff and the cleanliness of the room were great. The front desk was SO nice and breakfast was wonderful. However, I highly recommend not placing guests with dogs in the first rooms off of the lobby/bar area/pool/ice machine. I understand placing dogs on the first floor for better access to the outside is ideal but it is too much foot traffic that close to the busiest areas of the hotel. My dog was constantly barking our entire stay. Maybe place dogs at the end of the hall or even on the...

"It smells like smoke supposed to be non smoking but there has been a lot of smoking in this room. And the hotel tried to mask the smoke smell with very strong air freshener which is making it so much worse. My eyes hurt from the smell and I have such a headache "

"o quarto 106 acessível para cadeira de rodas é muito pequeno, impossível - Quarto maior e o 211 mas não é acessível - Café na portaria o dia todo, cappuccino, mocha, muito bom. Café da manhã é somente das 06 às 09, correria, Maria Rose no café pela manhã atende as pessoas como visitantes, com respeito e amor. "Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms are big! My son is a wheelchair user, and was quite comfortable moving around a non-accessible double room with his chair. The toilet is definitely too low. Room was super quiet! No noise coming from the hallway. Breakfast was wonderful! Actual hot food and actual fresh fruit salad (from fresh fruit, not cans). The only complaint: none of the 3 ice machines worked!!! That was frustrating. No microwave in rooms."
