"We are waiting at the reception for more than 1 hour. Where is the receptionist?"

"The location was convenient, and the price was reasonable. So we stayed there. Check-in process was very easy, staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However upon our arrival in the room it looked as though the bathroom hadn't quite been finished being cleaned possibly? There was a washcloth hanging over the shower and there was soap already in the tub. There were also what appeared to be some crumbs under the desk in the room. Air conditioning worked great! And everything else...

"No hot water. Broken clock. Threadbare chair. Broken staircase. Trash and used linens in the hallway. I had to wake up the front desk person asleep head down to check out who refused to give me an itemized bill until i asked a 3rd time. People spent the night in the lobby. Expedia didn't lift a finger after Red Roof sent me back to Expedia. RR and Expedia should've refunded me every dime. I have pictures of all of the above. Im still considering reviews of Expedia with photos on Yelp,...
