"The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again."

"O hotel é muito bom, bem localizado, limpo, muito prático, bem equipado, o sistema de locker é muito bom, a equipe é atenciosa, só faço ressalva para a cama e o sofá que tem um buraco no meio, deixando-os desconfortável. No mais eu e minha colega de trabalho gostamos muito e voltaríamos a nos hospedar lá."

"The place was very clean but it is in an area where it’s very loud. The view from the bedroom overlooks the highway. You can easily see the sunset/rise. Overall you will be listening to the ambulance, firetrucks and police cars all night. "

"We had a wonderful 7 night stay at the SoSuite Rittenhouse in the spacious room 301 which had a lovely 3 door Juliette style balconies! Full kitchen, nice bathroom with just a shower and a stacking washer/dryer. Would absolutely stay here again!"
