"The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again."

"Encontramos um apartamento mobiliado (com maquina de lavar, secar, lavar louças, torradeira, liquidificador, talheres, pratos, jogo de cama e de toalhas), limpo, organizado, com uma vista incrível!!! Excelente localização, 5 minutos a pé da estação de PATH. Em 30 min estávamos na NY Penn Station. A equipe da recepção foi extremamente cordial e atenciosa. O recebimento de encomendas extremamente eficiente. Em 5 minutos estávamos no Shopping Center. Obs.: não são fornecidos produtos de...
