"Staff was excellent. Property could use some cleaning and upgrading. The wall a/c outside our room was falling apart could use some work. Large stains by the bed were noticeable, mold was seen behind and next to the refrigerator, lamp on desk did not have a nob on it for turning on and off, elevator was out of service which was not convenient for elderly and carrying bags to your room. "The hotel itself is great. The problem is the staff and housekeeping. One day they simply did not clean the room even though I called front desk 4 times. The first day the bathtub was clogged and it took them 1 h and 30” to send maintenance, I could not leave because it was not possible to have a shower. 6 nights and no vacuuming on the floor. The only lady that was nice was the one at breakfast. The others looked at us as if they were doing us a favor. The worst was this lady named Ashlund....

"Our stay was fantastic! The condo had everything that we needed, was nice and clean, and lead directly to the beach. We experienced the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets during our entire stay. We will be back next year!"
