"I am not sure if this review is for a single condo (311) or for the whole complex. 311 is lovely, very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bed and couch. "Loved being right on the beach. The parking is tight if you want to park under the building. It is an older building and you can see its age. It worked well for our family of 4 (2 teenage kids). The outside handle on the sliding glass door fell off and maintenance responded in a timely manner and he was very personable. We did not use laundry, it was conveniently located. "Wonderful! It was a beautiful view, very peaceful. There is no elevator, which wasn’t an issue for us."

"I was in town for conference. The resort is very comfortable and the view was great from the balcony of the causeway. The only issue I had was the remotes of the TV did not sync up so I had to manually change the channel from the box in the living room and the TV in the bedroom had an issue watching regular cable. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again if available next year."

There is no beach access through the property but we did not mind. We are so happy with our choice to stay while making memories with our children. "
