We were stranded 2 hours away from home. All hotels in the area were booked because of Fathers Day weekend. Yes, I did get a full refund. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Not sure I will ever use any of them again"

With that said, a major draw back is the home needs some safety renovations if it is going to allow small families to book in my opinion . "We enjoyed our great stay in the suite. The interior decor and outdoor beauty of the place were no doubt some of the best we have seen - upscale and creative. The hosts communicated well in advance of our check-in and instructions were clear. They even popped in to check up on us after we arrived. What could have made it even better: A working ceiling light. The host advised us that they have to call an electrician but did not say when. It didn't get fixed during our 7-night stay and we did...
