"We weren't aware the pool on Sundays close at 9pm. Them Monday the outside hot tub was closed. Our coffee mugs had red lipstick on them. We asked for extra bedding and never received. The hotel and the ambiance is gorgeous, hand down a must stay but they need to make sure the rooms are cleaned to standard. Just know parking isn't free but there's no other place to park. "The front desk lady in the evening was very kind when we came to her about my fitted sheet on my bed had face makeup all over it. On the side, in the middle and on front of fitted sheet. She offered if we wanted to upgrade to a nicer room. We opted out because my disabled daughter was already asleep in the other bed and it wasn't worth waking her up. "This hotel is conveniently located of the highway, the rooms were clean, and the free breakfast had multiple options. There were multiple boys and girls ball teams there so it was noisy, loud voices, slamming room doors, and water from the pool being tracked into the hallway and elevator. The teens were unsupervised in the pool. The ground of the hotel were beautifully landscaped and maintained."
