"Great location and an excellent place to stay! We did hear the upstairs neighbors move around sometimes but nothing that bothered us too much. "

"The manager is great,"

"What a lovely place. The only possible improvement I could suggest is a waste bin in the bathroom. Super quiet, charming and comfy place."

"The place was clean, location was quiet and close to downtown Dayton, and the host communicated quickly with us. Lighting was a bit of an issue- no lamps, just ceiling lights. That made it difficult to read at night without having the whole room lit up. Being a first floor residence, it didn’t have privacy curtains in the kitchen so it seemed very exposed. "Was a beautiful loft apartment. Spacious and welcoming with many personal touches. A quiet place for us to relax and be refreshed."

"Good location"

The parking is terrible and in no way communicated as to where you can park. We had to ask a nearby business and she informed us we had to park over a block away, down an alley and in an abandoned parking lot. I saw people lost on the last day of my stay in the building. Stopped to help them...

"Got in late, but our room was ready and quiet. The shower had good pressure too. Free WiFi worked well for catching up on emails before bed. Really appreciated having a private bathroom after a long day."
