The hotel is overpriced for what it offers; there is no safe box in the rooms, very poor breakfast, no daily cleaning, no room service, and has a paid self parking lot with no security. And although the check in was very nice - Tanysha, the front desk person of the night shift, is a really attentive e friendly person- the front desk person during the day, Heather, is extremely rude and moody. She refused us a paid late check out until 4 pm, even though the hotel wasn’t full and there were plenty rooms available.
