"We had an updated room with a king bed. We were originally in a queen room that hadn’t been renovated and wasn’t nearly as nice. We thought we had booked a king and Michelle had no problem switching our room. I would come back To this room but not the original one. Traffic on Houston road was loud but it did eventually die down. I would recommend a sound machine because you are located next to the hospital. April was very friendly and kept breakfast well stocked. All the staff were very friendly...

"The unit was very clean.The bed and bedding was very comfortable.TV and AC worked great with no issues.It felt newly decorated. "Very frustrating! After I reserved through Hotels.com the communication started coming about all of the things they needed, forms filled out, copy of license, a selfie! Lots of add ons, too-if you want early check in, pay $up front in case some little thing goes wrong (or a large deposit). No check in instructions until right before check in when we were given codes and a map, but our room number was not on the map. Spent 45 minutes wondering around looking for the unit. All for a 15 hour stay....

"House was clean and nice inside. There was a few things that were nuances but not a huge issue. I would have liked hand towels. There were wash clothes and bath towels. I would have liked a couple more towels. We were there 2 days with 3 people with 5 towels. We are coffee drinkers and the kurig had tea and decaf coffee but not regular. Also having to carry a key was a pain. We were in town for funeral and clothing did not have pockets. Small things, overall nice place."

"Hotel bom. Quarto amplo e confortável. Muito próximo dos dois estádios (baseball e football). Próximo do Riverside. Tinha bastante obra de infraestrutura na redondeza. Localização boa para conhecer de carro as atrações ao redor de Cincinnati. "

"O hotel é muito legal. Possui um parque aquático indoor excelente. Equipe de recreação paras as crianças muito legal. Além disso, o hotel fica ao lado de um grande parque de diversões e próximo ao torneio de tênis de Cincinnati. O tamanho do quarto é bom. Os colchões das camas e travesseiros poderiam ser um pouco mais confortáveis. "

"I really don’t know why this hotel has so many positive reviews.Its greater advantage is the location - in a walking distance to Aquarium - and the hotel seems to be new. But that’s all. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers; there is no safe box in the rooms, very poor breakfast, no daily cleaning, no room service, and has a paid self parking lot with no security. And although the check in was very nice - Tanysha, the front desk person of the night shift, is a really attentive e friendly person- the front desk person during the day, Heather, is extremely rude and moody. She refused us a paid late check out until 4 pm, even though the hotel wasn’t full and there were plenty rooms available. We explained that our flight was at 9pm and we were with kids, but she said that we should paid a fully extra night for it. We certainly wouldn't stay there again. "
