"Great hotel! I was a bit skeptical about staying here at first, but I’m very pleased I chose it for my trip to Brighton. I stayed in a single suite, which was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location is excellent—it’s not too far from the shopping center, and the beach is literally just a stone’s throw away."

"Vista e localizações incríveis. Staff atencioso. Contudo o hotel precisa de reparos urgentes por ser um prédio histórico e antigo. Infelizmente não aparenta que fazem manutenções prediais ou qq tipo de reforma há anos. "

"We had no good experience. Reception staff would be extremely rude. Elevator only for luggage and it was broken, the front desk clerk ordered my husband to carry the luggage on the stairs. Small room. Bathroom stall extremely small. They charged £ 10 for a late check out at 1 pm (even with all the bad service and the elevator issue). This hotel should never be rated 4 stars at most 3 stars! We regret choosing this hotel! And the breakfast with very few options!"
