"We had a great time staying here with my family. The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was a wonderful bonus to see and hear the peacocks roaming around the neighborhood! Communication with Samantha was excellent—she was highly responsive and flexible. We will definitely book this place again in the future!"

"Great stay in Miami! I wanted to extend my stay, it was so awesome, but it was music week/Ultra fest so not an option. Otherwise I would have stayed longer than a week. Private, good value, and in a perfect location to access a lot of what Miami has to offer. Short walk to Las Rosas!!"

"The rental itself was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was a bit run down, but overall it was okay. There was a pool advertised, which we never saw or could locate. It may the town community pool they were referring to, but it was demolished and still a mile or so from the actual property. It was close to the venue we were attending and we also found a couple hidden gems nearby for food, so we did enjoy our stay."
