IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT TURKEY RUN (ON-PROPERTY CREEK)
Although water in Turkey Run sources from upstream natural springs, during dry periods, the creek may have limited flow. -- In 2023, a short drought caused low flow for about 2 weeks in late July; -- In 2024, drought conditions led to a dry creek bed for roughly 6 weeks (August to early September) -- In 2025, higher-than-average rainfall and storm-driven widening of the creek have improved flow conditions. Only brief periods of low or dry flow are expected this season, if any. -- Accessing the creek is at your own risk. Other guests have loved it as an amenity for pets and kids, but it not typically large or deep enough for fishing.
HOT TUB & AMENITY USAGE
Hot tub and other amenity usage is at your own risk. Our property cleaning and maintenance team takes great care to ensure these are available year round and are cleaned, tested, and maintained regularly by us personally or trained staff.
