Welcome to Above and Beyond at the Topnotch Resort & Spa in Stowe, VT! This condo is ideally located in Stowe Vermont and sits atop the 120-acre Topnotch Resort and Spa. It has a fully equipped kitchen, games, gear closets, plush king beds, bunks for the kids, coffee, tea and other premium amenities. Guests have complimentary use of the resort's beautiful outdoor pool & spa and can also enjoy the restaurants and fire pit —all just a short walk from the condo.

With luxury new furnishings, this condo it throws a mighty punch full of art, comfort, and location. As you enter, the first thing that will catch your eye is the incredible detailing of saddle leather handles on all black closet doors. The space flows from the kitchen into a light filled dining area with seating for eight and a super cozy living room area that has a large sectional and two shearling detailed chairs. Please note the fireplace is not in use at this time.

After a day of adventure, enjoy happy hour on your private deck in with four Adirondack chairs, a vintage chairlift turned seating, and a gas grill, perfect for a a group to bbq. Or skip the dishes and go out for an amazing meal at the Topnotch bar and restaurant—The Roost. If you've got kids be sure to get a smores kit from the restaurant and roast marshmallows on the fire pit and let the kids run free in the field. Follow that with a rejuvenating visit to the expansive pool & spa for a soak in the hot tub. Then once you're ready to retire for the night, you'll enjoy luxury linens and Kiehls bathroom products stocked for your convenience. The minute you pull into the well-appointed grounds of the Topnotch Resort & Spa you'll know you're on vacation! This spacious, newly renovated, and furnished condo will make you feel right at home. You get the amenities of the best resort in Stowe, yet the space and privacy of a luxury, impeccably furnished condo.

Wake up in the morning and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or tea (also provided for you) on the deck gazing up at the trees or go for a stroll around the resort and take in all the amazing mountain air. It's an easy walk down to The Roost restaurant right on the resort grounds where you can enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee at the coffee bar or pamper yourself and eat breakfast at the restaurant.

Rated fourth in the 10 best ski towns in the country, there are endless ways to spend your days here at Topnotch! From adventuring in the fresh air doing any of the numerous year-round outdoor activities, going for a stroll or bike ride on the Stowe Recreation Path, to booking a massage at the spa and enjoying a rejuvenating day using the facilities—you only wish you had more time to stay!

In addition to the numerous outdoor activities, you'll also want to take time to try the local eats. Known for incredible bakeries, breweries, restaurants and wine shops, Stowe is "foodie" heaven. The best part, you can work it off swimming a few laps in the resort pool or going for an early morning hike on any of the numerous trails in the surrounding area.

After exploring all day, you can venture home to relax in the cozy living room or watch your favorite movie on one of the SmartTVs. The perfect wind-down before sinking into the plush beds with hotel-quality bedding. If you're looking for the perfect Vermont experience, this ideally located, beautiful condo will check every box.

In the summer months, there is central air AC for the condo and also fans in the bedrooms.

PLEASE NOTE: As guests at the condo you get complimentary access to the 2 outdoor pools (1 heated), jacuzzi and family changing rooms. You can also book paid spa services at your convenience.

We want to be sure you have a full understanding of the rules for visiting the Resort amenities:

You are welcome to use the outdoor pool and hot tub free of charge any time, any season. Please take a towel from the condo. The towels at the spa are for hotel guests only. You are also welcome to walk down and hang out by the firepit!

If you would like to enjoy the indoor pool and waterfall, sauna, and locker room, the fee is $35/bedroom/day, or for the whole condo group of 6 people it would be $105/day. If you have more than 6 in your party, the guests above 6 would be charged an additional $65/day. Or if only one person wants to use the facilities it would be $65/day for a single-day pass. This fee is paid directly to the spa.

The exact breakdown is as follows:

- One guest day rate = $65/day
- 2 to 6 guests day rate = $105/day total for a group of up to six people
- 7 guests day rate = $170/day
- 8 guests day rate = $235/day

Please note that the indoor "spa facilities fee" does not include services like massages or facials. Spa services are per the spa menu/offerings online or at the spa concierge desk. You must make an appointment for all services desired.

PLEASE NOTE: you are not allowed to invite outside visitors or friends to join you at any of the pools.

Tennis rules: please call and inquire, as the tennis reservation system and rules tend to change.
