🚭 No Smoking – Violation incurs a £300 penalty
🔇 Noise Curfew: No loud noise after 10 PM (residential area)
🚫 Unregistered Guests: Only booked guests may stay – extra guests = cancellation
🐾 Pets: Allowed on request (£20 per night pet fee applies)
🔑 Lost Keys/Lockouts: £50 callout fee; £250 locksmith fee for replacements
💳Refundable Damage Deposit: £300 pre-authorised before check-in
