From the entry level you will go down a flight of stairs to the twin bedroom, from there down another flight of stairs to the king bedroom. From the entry level you will go up a flight of stairs to the living room and kitchen area, from there up another flight of stairs to the queen room.

-This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
- Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am.
- Two (2) cars maximum allowed. Renters are required to properly display a host-provided parking permit on the driverās side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
-Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
- During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snowstorm.
- We do not allow pets, but HOA rules require all dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.
*****Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 6 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.

**Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.
