Large Beach Home 300 Steps to Ocean +Rooftop Patio

This spacious beach house sleeps up to 11 guests and is located just 300 steps from the ocean and The King & Prince Resort. With multiple living areas, a private rooftop patio, fenced backyard, and on-site parking, you can park once and enjoy everything St. Simons Island has to offer.

The home features four levels of living space. The ground level includes a private king bedroom with en-suite bath and a secondary living area. The second level offers an open-concept living room and fully equipped kitchen with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, plus a half bath and outdoor porch.

On the third level are two private bedrooms, one king and one queen, each with en-suite bathrooms. The fourth level is an open loft with a bunk bed (full over twin), a half bath, and a large rooftop patio with plenty of seating.

Enjoy the fenced backyard with a putting green and a charcoal grill for outdoor dining. Hair dryers are provided in every bathroom.

Walk to popular restaurants, breweries, and shops, and reach the Village and Pier in just one mile. On-site parking accommodates up to two large vehicles or three small ones.

Please note there are three sets of stairs and no elevator.
