"My friend and and I booked this place specifically to use the hot tub. When we arrived at the property, we had a hard time figuring out exactly where the unit was. Directions were not clear to us. Someone saw us and directed us to the unit. The place itself was very nice and well appointed. When we tried to figure out how to use the hot tub. "The beach was covered in dog poop. I saw peoples dogs go while they watched but they didn't pick it up. Very irresponsible.Door to building 700 needs to be oiled as it squeeks a lot.The stand up shower in unit 707D leaked and the king size bed had a large indentation on it's right side that creaked and was uncomfortable. Couldn't open the closet door in that room.Back door needs a blind or curtain for privacy. I was very uncomfortable walking by it at night."

"This unit was well equipped, they only thing we needed was food. Spices, kitchen supplies all provided. We just used one bike. Bikes are functional but maybe need a tune up. The beds were super comfortable which was a plus. The bed linens were just right for ac sleeping. The pool was was clean and well maintained. Nice grounds for walking the dog. Our only suggestion is to replace the sofa as it’s pretty much done. We sat on on the oversized throw pillows so not to sink in the sofa. Good...

"We had an excellent weekend stay at this condo! Everything was exactly as listed and communication was great. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect view (and we’ve stayed at several at King and Prince). The covered personal parking space and ease of getting to the condo was great. The condo itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Also, you can use all of the amenities at the hotel. If ever booking again for St Simons, I will definitely look for this availability first!"
