The one bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, en suite bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower. A stackable washer and dryer are also available for use. The kitchenette features a sink, a K-cup coffee maker, a microwave, a hot plate, a griddle, and a refrigerator (no stove/oven). The indoor dining table seats two. There is a large flat screen TV for streaming and a balcony for enjoying those morning cups of coffee under the live oaks.
Guests have unlimited use of the entire condo unit for themselves during their stay as well as access to the condo community pool. The community is quiet and gated.

The unit has central heat and air, cable TV, and all linens are provided.
