Located 2 blocks and a short 1500' from the scenic beaches of St. Simons Island and steps to restaurants and shopping, the Seaglass Cottage is a 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home updated with a fun beachy decor. Featuring a large open kitchen / dining / living room floor plan, you will instantly feel at home with tons of space to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances. The large dining room table has seating for 6-8 guests and the outdoor dining table will seat six guests as well. Walk out the back door of the screened porch and down the paver walkway to the 800 square foot pool (pool can not be heated in cooler months). The pool is the perfect place for your group to relax after a day at the beach or out exploring everything that St. Simons has to offer! This home also features an outdoor shower and paver patio space, the perfect space for unloading and washing down all of your beach gear! Planning to grilling out? The charcoal grill is ready to go!

The master suite is just that, sweet! The master bedroom features a king bed, flat panel cable HD TV, a walk in closet, a large master bathroom and even it's own private patio space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The other three bedrooms feature a king bedroom, and two other bedrooms with queen beds, all with their own flat screen HD TV's The second queen bedroom has it's own en suite full bathroom. The other two bedrooms share the large hall bathroom. All TV's are equipped with Hulu Live in place of traditional cable.

This home has access to the pool, on-property regulation size sand volleyball court, 8 pin putting green and children's playground swing and slide set. These amenities are shared amenities with the other two cottages on The Compound property.
