Island Life and Small-Town Charm
Trade the stress of everyday life for complete relaxation and gorgeous beaches
when you choose our beautiful townhouse on St. Simons Island.
Our perfect beach getaway has just been completely renovated from top to
bottom with everything new, including floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and a second
central air unit. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there is plenty of room to
accommodate a large family or group of friends.

The home features vinyl planking throughout. The kitchen is equipped with all the
standard appliances as well as a full-size washer and dryer. The living room and all
bedrooms include TVs with Wi-Fi and cable. All the bedrooms are upstairs, with a
king bed in the primary room with its own private bath with walk-in tile shower.
Second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. Both rooms
share a bathroom with tub/shower. Enjoy relaxing in the screen room off the
living room. Take our two bikes for a spin down to the beach or around the island. Unit comes equipped
with everything the family needs (pack n play, highchair, wagon, toys, beach chairs).
Our unit is nestled in the back of the desired Ocean Walk complex, a 16 acre,
beautifully landscaped community with century old oak trees and a stocked
fishing pond. Amenities on site include two pools (one of which is heated), fitness
center, tennis/pickle/basketball courts, children's playground. Complex is kid and
pet friendly!
Property will allow monthly bookings in off season check with owner for monthly rates.
Best of all is the great restaurants, pubs, shopping, and The Pier Village within
walking distance!

We went to celebrate my 40th and the property was perfect! I appreciated the extra amenities...the baby bibs, highchair, and beach toys! Traveling and renting with kids is sometimes stressful but this place was so family friendly that I was actually able to relax!

Family get away

We had a fabulous time! The place was perfect for us. We walked to the shops and pier daily. It was convenient to everything. We enjoyed the pool and the pickleball courts. We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent!

We have 2 teenagers and 2 toddlers so it’s always a challenge to find a vacation spot that suits us all. St Simons was perfect for our family. The house was super clean, the host was easy to work with, and location was right in the mix of everything. Our teens had plenty to do when the littles needed some downtime and we didn’t have to worry about them going off because everything is within a 1 mile radius

Amazing Stay

This property was the best of the multiple Ocean Walk properties that we have stayed at during our trips to Saint Simons. Extremely clean and well stocked with anything you could need. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent Location and Amenities

This property is excellent. It is close to town, very walkable, includes free bikes and is extremely clean. Beds are comfortable, the rooms/kitchen have everything you need. If you are looking for a place to stay in St. Simons, this is an excellent choice.

Great location on St Simons

Our stay was great-able to walk to pier, village with many restaurants and shops. Great area for our dog as well- dogs very welcome. Townhouse was mostly clean and neat- had everything you needed in bathroom and kitchen. Beds great. Cons were all bedrooms on second floor and found 2 pans in cupboard still dirty. One bike not able to raise seat making it unusable for me. And worst part were all bugs- need insect spray. Guess that’s just Low country!

The condo was great. We had previously stayed in this complex at a different location, but we really enjoyed this unit. We really appreciated all the extra amenities that were provided, such as bikes. We would love to visit when it is warmer so we could have an opportunity to use more of them! Clean and close to many activities!

In town for our wedding

My now husband and I needed a space big enough for our family, as we were getting married in town, and this house worked out perfectly! Had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and no one felt like they were on top of each other. Everything was very neat and clean, and it was close to everything in town. We will definitely rent it again if we bring the family back to town!

Fantastic stay

Not only was the property perfect and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. Beach toys, wagon, chairs, cooler and more. The kids room had crayons and coloring books along with toys for all of the children. Everything was very well thought of and made for a perfect weekend!

Perfect for family

We needed a place with three bedrooms that would fit a family with two teens, and this was perfect. Great location within walking distance of parks and downtown/pier area of St. Simons. Condo was spacious in the living room and the bedrooms were very comfortable. It was perfect for us!

Unit was Dirty and Underwhelming

Our family visited St. Simons Island the week of July 24, 2023. Here is the quick and dirty, and I do mean dirty: Throughout our stay, we noticed the unit was barely cleaned. Some examples included dirty walls, tons of dust on the floors and near the beds, pills on the floor (within reach of our children), clogged bathtub with a lot of soap scum and dirt, coffee maker that had not been cleaned in months, dirty towels left in the washing machine at check in, a dead cockroach in the utensil drawer, a very messy patio, etc. After bringing this to the attention of the host, she stated that we would have to leave the premises so a cleaning crew could come in. We explained that we were not going to have our vacation interrupted by a cleaning crew, not to mention that we had all our valuables and belongings in the unit. We explained to her that we had cleaned most of the above issues ourselves but wanted a credit towards the cleaning fee. She said no and referred us to the agreement. We also contacted her with pictures of the problems. At this point she ignored our emails and never called us back which was quite rude and unprofessional. After spending over $1,100 on this unit, she would not even entertain a simple credit or a call back. Also, you are only given two trash bags, one roll of paper towels and barely any toilet paper at check in. No frills, and not impressed to say the least. Never would stay here again!

Clean, convenient to the pier and lots to do right in the facility. Clubhouse was good, pools were great and the kids loved biking around the condo with all the other kids...
