Seas-the Day is located behind the courtyard wall with a screened in porch entrance. There is plenty of room to store your bikes during your stay. THE SPACE
Bedroom Setup:
* The Master Suite has a king bed, flat screen TV with Comcast premium cable, and newly renovated May 2023) en suite bathroom attached featuring dual vanities, garden tub, and large shower. The master suite also features a sitting area and access to the balcony canopied by a live oak tree with outdoor.
* Queen Room - queen bed with flat screen TV.
* King Room - king bed and a flat screen TV
* 2x Full/ Bunk Room - New, Large Bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds, Single on Top and Full on the bottom

There is enough sleeping room for 12 people. We have also provided an additional rollaway bed for one additional guest.

Bathrooms:
* Master bath as part of the master suite - Renovated May 2023
* Downstairs full bath with shower
* Upstairs full bath with shower/tub combo - Renovated May 2023
* Outdoor shower

If your group likes to hang out together but also have some options to spread out, you'll enjoy our brick courtyard, screen porch, large living room, air hockey table, and private master suite sitting room - the home has an open floor plan that brings people together, with separate spaces to hang out too.

Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric oven, cooktop, toaster, blender, utensils and drip & Keurig coffee maker.

Parking is limited to two typical sized cars or three small vehicles.

The house is equipped with the Xfinity Sports & Entertainment Package, Including NFL RedZone, CMT, CBS Sports Network, ESPN Goal Line & Bases Loaded, SEC Channel, Military History Channel, Outdoor Channel, MLB Network, Turner Classic Movies, and more.

We are not pet friendly. Do not bring pets as owners family members have severe allergies.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
