Welcome to Peace of the Beach!

Our 7 bedroom East Beach gem is steps to the beach, has a huge screened-in living porch and a private pool. This says Saint Simons Island all day long. Perfect for multi-family vacations, reunions or friends who just want to be at the beach and all stay under one roof. Our cottage boasts a huge kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, comfy bedding with pampering linens. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The second floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Completely redone with attention to the smallest detail. Feeling social? Letā€™s meet for a game of pool or a quick BBQ in the back yard. Feel like a swim? Have at it. How about a walk on the beach after dinner? Yep, this too!

This coastal castle has it all. So, bring 14 of your favorite people and try it out for size. This cottage is "shore to please".

Two dogs under 50 lbs. are permitted. $150 pet fee per dog.

Room for Everyone

This house had a perfect layout for our family, which includes 2 grandparents, 2 adult couples, and 4 grandchildren. We had a lot of family fun in the pool and on the screened-in back porch. The East beach location and proximity to the ocean were additional advantages. There was an issue with the second TV that was not addressed; but we had better things to do than watch TV. Overall, it is a wonderful house.

Excellent large group venue

We found this gem for a two family get together over Labor Day weekend. We were able to get five cars in the semi-circular driveway. The pool was nice, and the screened in porch was a good place to eat in. The den is cozy for a large group of adults who want to watch Ga. Football. If you are a TV junkie, you should bring your own streaming service. The direct tv channels offered at this venue are somewhat limited. We will be back if the opportunity presents itself.

Great property. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for large families. Pool was a nice bonus!

Plenty of room for our party of 14. Less than a .25 mile walk to the beach. Nice pool area. Outside porch was a great gathering place. Only minor concern was the pool vacuum system didnā€™t really seem to do the job and hooking/unhooking was a pain. Overall a very minor thing in the grand scheme of things! Would def consider staying here again!

Perfect all the way around!

Now weā€™ve stayed on SSI many times in different rentals. This one is just PERFECT. Itā€™s newly remodeled in many areas and has a ton of space for gathering and for everyone to feel like theyā€™re not on top of each other. Itā€™s a comfortable walk to the beach and hereā€™s the best part, itā€™s down towards the end of East Beaxh where there werenā€™t many people! Lots of beach space, not crowded at al all like it was further south. The pool was big and roomy for all 9 of us. The furniture out there was plentiful and new with umbrellas, pool noodles and toys. Everything was updated and in excellent working condition. Weā€™ll definitely stay there next time!

Christmas gathering for our extended family

The home is beautiful and located in a perfect setting, two houses from the beach walk entrance and a block from the marsh. The rooms are generous and organized in a manner to provide space and privacy for everyone. The adults loved the screened porch and the kids loved the game room. We are already planning our next visit.

Best SSI Rental Yet

Amazing house and amazing property management. House was better than photos! The lay out was perfect for our multi family Thanksgiving celebration. We had an issue with the dishwasher which the mgt team resolved WITHIN AN HOUR. (One small point for improvement: there wasnā€™t enough cutlery for 14.) We will definitely book again. Thank you for a great, carefree rental.

Family week in SSI

This house was perfect for us! Tons of room! Great location! We absolutely loved the pool, the game room and the screened patio! We would definitely stay here again! We have stayed in many beach houses but felt this one stood out with the quality of the pool/patio area and plenty of towels.

Fantastic Family Fun

We had a great vacation at this property for the past two years. We especially enjoyed the 7 bedrooms, the pool, pool table room, and the large screened porch. We enjoyed biking several times in the nice neighborhood. We were very blessed to enjoy our time together there at St. Simon's.

My husband and I and our 4 children along with my brother and sister-in-law and their 3 children wanted a beach getaway with a pool (in case the beaches were too crowded to socially distance). This beautiful property was even better than we anticipated. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The screened in porch and pool were absolutely wonderful. This place was much bigger and better than the pictures represent. Itā€™s definitely my favourite rental ever!

Perfect house for a family vacation!

We rented this house for us to enjoy a family vacation with our 3 daughters and their families. It was a wonderful location and the pool was a nice way to relax after spending most of the days on the beach. We will definitely plan on renting here again šŸ˜

Great hang out place

The house was great for hanging out with family. The yard, both front and back, were extremely well designed and maintained. The PORCH was where we spent all our time. Large seating area and a long table. Overlooks the pool and yard. Location to the beach was great - was surprised at how far it is from the street to the actual ocean, but this house is about as close as you can get. One small critique - no toaster. Got bagels and ā€œtoastedā€ them in the oven.... Overall - Iā€™d rent this again.
