The open kitchen, dining, and living area provides plenty of seating and a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, private balcony access, ample storage, and an ensuite bath ...with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds (which can be combined for one larger bed), and both bedrooms include TVs for your enjoyment.

Sunketch is in a prime locationwalking distance to the beach and just steps from the heated pool. A family-friendly park with tennis courts is right outside the complex. Linens and towels are provided, and the unit is kept clean, well-stocked, and ready to feel like home.

Important Information:

Must be 25 or older to reserve, and the person booking must be present for the entire stay.

A security damage deposit will be collected at the time of reservation, which is refundable if no damages occur.

All reservations must be 30 nights and guests must complete application to rent prior to arrival.

Application Fee is $100

Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.
