Located in Historic Uptown St. Petersburg, the home sits in a quiet, walkable neighborhood just minutes from downtown, the Vinoy waterfront, Central Avenue, and 4th Street’s restaurants and nightlife. Guests can stroll to nearby parks, local coffee shops, and neighborhood dining, or explore world-class museums including the Dalí, all within easy reach.

The main house features a bright, historic feel with original wood floors, large windows, and welcoming shared spaces. Living rooms are set up for relaxing together, dining areas allow for shared meals or game nights, and kitchens are fully equipped for everything from simple breakfasts to full family dinners.

Several bedrooms function as private suites, offering king beds, spa-style bathrooms, soaking tubs, and walk-in showers. One suite includes family-friendly amenities such as a crib, changing table, and nursing recliner, making the home comfortable for guests traveling with young children.
