The living room has a very comfortable, top-of-the line theater leather recliner sofa where you can comfortably watch anything from our 75-inch TV. Additional seating space by the window with perfect lighting for reading.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook from a simple breakfast to a 5-course meal. There is plenty of pantry space and two options for coffee: a nespresso mini (samples will be provided at check-in) or regular coffee machine. Note: no dishwasher on premises but there is an in-sink organizer that makes it easy to stack dishes as they are washed.

Come unwind inside the main bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, plenty of blankets and a 55-inch TV. Plenty of space in the closet

Dedicated workspace is in its own separate bedroom which also includes a bonus twin day bed. Both the workspace bedroom and the kitchen have doors with access to the patio

In the patio you’ll find a few chairs, a bonfire perfect to do s’mores or grill in, and beautiful lighting to spend a relaxing evening outdoors if you wish. There is plenty of green areas for pets to run around and relieve themselves. Up to three bicycles are available for use, just let us know how many you will need during your stay. Dell Holms park is just south of the property and it has a huge recreational playground and water park for children, outdoor event space and expansive areas to run or bike.

Parking: You can park anywhere in the front except in front of the right side of the fence. There is dedicated space in the front of the left fence gate.

Guest access
You can use the entire house and patio. Outdoor area is a shared space with the property behind this one. Pets have access to green area for playing and relieving themselves but please pick up after your pet. Waste station with bags is provided. Back house tenant has an extremely friendly and well-behaved dog that’s walked on-leash when there are guests in the front unit, and outdoor security cameras are checked before walking him in case there are other dogs around the yard from
guests.

Note: Please do not disturb tenant in property behind this one. Neighborhood is in a very culturally and racially diverse area. It feels very residential and is very quiet and very well-lit. Experience an enjoyable stay at our lovely property. We look forward to welcoming you to our place!
