"From Brian—Loved my stay. Very easy walk to the art district. You could spend a week exploring all the nearby shops. As for the unit, it’s the little things that matter—plenty of outlets for multiple electronics, a shower head at the appropriate height for tall people, and Chris was easy to work with. I would definitely stay again."

"Had a great stay in the West Wing. Very clean, comfortable bed, had everything I needed. The location is fantastic. You are maybe 3 min to Gulf Blvd., which has all the awesome beaches in the area. The parking is safe and secure. I booked the West Wing as they had room for me to park my small boat. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for everything!"

"This listing was over all very quiet, cozy, spotless and relaxing. There is plenty to do in the area. The Famous Sponge Docks and Beaches are minutes away. My wife and I were able to jump on the local trolly which is less than 1 block walking distance! We had a great time playing the life size chess board and soaking up the Florida Sun! "Impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. Great location. Layout of the building is so weird, it has wasted space which could have been expanded condos. Hence the weirdness of our room with a "private" detached balcony. I had no idea what that was until we saw it. The only way to see the gulf. Also weird when you are sitting their in your underwear and the neighbors are walking by! Also, neighbors were using it one day, so not real "private". The 200 a day "incidental"...
