    Localizado em um bairro residencial, esse refúgio de aproximadamente 1.800 pés quadrados oferece um layout aberto, projetado para relaxar e curtir a companhia uns dos outros. Portas de vidro deslizantes conectam a sala de estar e a sala de jantar a um espaçoso deck de frente para o Golfo.



    Relaxe na sala de estar com seu sofá confortável e uma grande TV HD, ou reúna-se para as refeições tendo a praia como pano de fundo. A cozinha tem vista para o mar e inclui bancadas de granito, utensílios essenciais para cozinhar e uma grande ilha com assentos.



    Três quartos e dois banheiros completos acomodam até dez hóspedes. O quarto principal tem uma cama king size, o segundo tem uma cama queen size e o terceiro oferece duas camas de casal. Um sofá-cama na sala oferece espaço extra para dormir.



    Lá fora, um jardim tropical circunda uma piscina privativa, uma cabana tiki coberta, área de estar ao ar livre, espaço para refeições e churrasqueira. Da área externa, é só dar um passo na areia e curtir a Praia de Clearwater bem na sua porta.

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect place to stay! The view of the ocean was amazing and the property was clean and beautiful. The location was also very close to restaurants and shops. We had a great time relaxing on the beach and walking down the beach to frenchies for lunch. We would definitely stay here again.

Back patio was very dirty full of sand and leaves pool full of sand and leaves and the bathroom. Definitely need to be updated. Otherwise the place is absolutely gorgeous.

2nd stay here

We love staying here. It’s so nice being able to walk right out to beach from a single story house. The back patio is amazing and the pool is an added bonus.

This property was AMAZING! My jaw actually dropped when I walked in and saw the view! Absolute beautiful home also. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, everything was wonderful! I usually like different places to stay but I'd stay here again! You are right on the beach and it's so quiet it's like your own private spot. Plus, the management company was amazing in their communication. We needed the heat turned on and they got it done after hours (needed service). 10/10!!!

As stated in the description, construction is ongoing. At times, that was an annoyance but the house and location was awesome! Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful stay at this house! Literally sits right on the beach, ideal location in terms of beach and also getting to Pier 60 area which is about 6-8 minute drive. Walk down to the ocean is a minute or less! Gorgeous beach and water which for most of the days was like bath water temperature! We lucked out with 85-90 degrees everyday we were there. There were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 kids (ages 6 and 4), and it was perfect for our group! The kids shared a bedroom with 2 double beds, my husband and I slept in a king bed next door to them, and had 1 bathroom for us 4; and my sister slept on the other side of the house in her own bedroom with her own bathroom which was awesome for her! House layout is great. Host was very responsive about any question via text. Pool is a little small but was great for our 2 young kids and to just sit in/cool down. Had no issues at all with anything in the house itself (appliances, AC, etc). Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a smaller group like ours!

A Dream Stay

The pool seemed small, but it's perfect for hanging out with all of the seating! The view was beautiful, serene and produced the most beautiful sunsets. Family get away

We had a bit of a family emergency and the rental company were amazing at working with us. The property itself was just what the doctor ordered. You walked outside to a personal oasis so it allowed us to relax and enjoy our family during a time that it was the most needed. I would recommend this property to anyone who actually need a relaxing vacation, it’s the perfect get away. We are looking forward to our next trip down to this home.

Beautiful house beautiful location

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house and location were amazing. Steps to the beautiful beach in a quiet residential area and a short distance away from places to eat and shop. Having the outside area with the pool was absolutely wonderful. My two toddlers had so much fun playing in the pool and the beach. The construction was at a point that we hardly heard any noise. When we had any issues the property manager was very helpful and easy to reach. Highly recommend 👍

Not as advertised!!!!

The location was the only accurate part of the description. You’ll need everything to stay here. Basic amenities and bare bones on the essentials. We left more there than they had when we arrived. The management company needs to do a lot as far as customer service is concerned. Plenty of beautiful homes you can rent for way better value in the area.
