Beautiful two bedroom beach apartment with balcony and Gulf views, directly across from Caddy's on the Beach restaurant on Treasure Island. Spacious 2 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and living room. The beach is a 30 second walk from the unit. Amazing location with beautiful views of the famous Treasure Island sunset. There are bands that play almost nightly to 11PM at both Caddy's and the tiki bar next door. (ATTENTION: ONLY 1 PARKING SPOT)

Master bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, Gulf water views and a balcony with two chairs for sitting and watching the gorgeous sunsets. There is also a mini bar in the bedroom with a sink.

Master bathroom is a full bathroom with vanity sink, toilet and stand up shower.

Second bedroom also has a Queen bed, TV and ceiling fan.

Guest bathroom is a full bathroom with vanity sink, toilet and stand up shower.

Living room is spacious with room to lounge and watch TV. There is a sleeper sofa in this room, TV and gulf facing window.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, pots, pans, dishes, toaster, coffee maker and toaster. There are two stools at the breakfast bar as well as a dining table that seats four.

Between the accommodations, free WiFi, free parking space and location of this unit, it's hard to beat! Come see what you have been missing.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.

Parking:
This unit provides 1 parking space.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Vacation 2024

Had stayed there before and loved the place and location. This time there wasnā€™t enough bath towels and need to make sure where to take garbage guy at caddyā€™s said dumpster there wasnā€™t right. The last day we were there we went to the beach and a man with staff shirt on said I had to take my umbrella past the sign that I couldnā€™t put my umbrella up on caddyā€™s property I donā€™t know if thatā€™s something you can do anything about it just made me mad. I really like the place and will return.

Perfect Beach Location

Perfect spot for a beach stay! Upstairs apt was clean and cool. Apt does not look like the pics , bed is ok, tv is small and you cannot connect a fire stick to it due to lack of outlets but there is cable tv, most kitchen cabinets empty but likely has enough stuff to prepare a meal if desired. Lots of great restaurants close by and we werenā€™t there to watch tv so that was fine too. Central air works great for most of the place and there is a very very loud window AC in the Main bedroom. Something should definitely be done about that. We would definitely stay again!

Loved this place! Wonderful watching the waves come crashing in from the balcony. Perfect place to stay as it was close to Caddies and the beach...very convenient. Great taco place near by: Taco Bus....Awesome food. Would stay again. Thank you!

Ba Humbug!!

Went down to my truck around 8:30pm to get some things and two guys were standing under the stairs urinating. Then I hear my daughter yelling for me-the spare bathroom door was stuck shut and she couldn't get out. The unit is spacious but old. Needs alot of work. The pots and pans should be thrown away along with all the towels in the unit. Its decorated nice but there is only so much lipstick you can put on a pig.Getting back to the bar, don't plan on watching tv or going to bed before midnight. When the band is playing-it is loud-good music but loud. The spare bedroom gets blasted. Parking can be an issue especially when tring to leave in the mornings with all the beer trucks for the bar and food trucks for the restuarant. Not sure how this place got 5 star ratings. I am having a hard time giving it 3 stars. Its just not worth $300+ a night with all the fees.

Being next to a bar that plays live music may be perfect for party people but not for families. Being right across the street from the beach was a plus. Several thing in the condo did not work. Lamps, mini fridge.

Awesome

The location is perfect for hanging around just that area. The condo is plenty big enough for four adults to have privacy and togetherness. The condo was very clean and stocked with towels and starter items. We enjoy the sunrise and sunset everyday off our balcony. Caddy's across the street was very convenient for meals and cocktails laying on the beach. I would highly recommend this rental place.

We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect. It was right next to a tikki hut and across the street from Caddy's. The food was amazing at Caddy's. The music was a little loud at Tikkis but they stopped playing by 11. It was really nice. We would definitely stay again.

Location is fabulous

We spent a week here and overall had a wonderful vacation. As others have stated, you are next to the Kaā€™Tiki (awesome place, reasonable prices, great music) but the traffic and noise is constant. If you want a quiet get-away or have small children this probably isnā€™t the place you want to stay. If youā€™re easy-going and enjoy live music, bikers and people ā€¦ you will love it here. Caddyā€™s across the street is also very busy. The walk to the beach is fast or you can enjoy the views from the balcony. The property needs some updates, but has a cozy beach vibe. Parking can be an issue and your ā€œreserved spotā€ will often be taken if you leave and come back (we started putting cones out when we left so our spot was open when we returned). The mattress on the bed was horrible. Cheap memory foam. Everyone likes different mattress style, but this was huge issue for me due to back issues. Location is great. So close to restaurants, Johnā€™s Pass, shops. We love Treasure Island and canā€™t wait to go back!

Relaxing and fun.

The place is spacious, cool, nice furnishings and clean. No issues came up for our week stay. We enjoyed the live music next door until 10 pm. The view out the front was very nice with the sun set and beach. Lots of shopping, restaurants and bars close by. Fun to ride bikes all over. Felt safe. The locals were friendly. Caddyā€™s accommodated the parking. We are going to book for next year.

The location could not have been more perfect. It is literally 100 yards from the beach. We loved how much space was in the master bedroom especially, but some of the finishes were very rough around the edges. The floor tile was cracked in multiple areas, there was drywall missing and poorly patched in multiple places, the bathrooms weā€™re not very clean, and the dishes were filmy and had to be washed by hand before we used them. If the owner of the property would invest the little amount of money that it would take to fix those issues, then this place could be stunning. For the price, it was worth it to deal with some of the unfavorable conditions of the property. I will say that it was extremely loud at night because thereā€™s a bar that plays live music right next to the building. We knew that that would be the case when we booked it, but if you are traveling with young kids, it could definitely make it difficult for them to get a good nights sleep. all in all, the location and the quick access to the beach was great. We had a great trip, but we would probably not stay there again.

Very spacious condo. It is perfect for those who enjoy music and the nightlife. This is a very busy area, but once you are in the condo, it is like you are a world away from the crowd. You can hear the bands that play next door inside the condo, just keep that in mind. Loved the space and the amenities. I would recommend this condo especially for younger people who are staying on Treasure Island to party.

Not the best stay

It was a beautiful location and the bed was clean and comfortable but we had some issues. All the dishes were dirty but put away, refrigerator was dirty with food left in it, I without a doubt left the room cleaner than when I arrived. There was live music every night until midnight. Monday and Friday night was the worst because there was a loud drummer. All in all, not so great unfortunately!

Location is amazing!

Being right across the street from the beach was our favorite! Also, Caddys was right next door. You can eat breakfast, lunch and supper all there if you wanted. Food and service was excellent. Gas station within walking distance if you need anything else. Beds were comfy, and everything was clean. We would definitely stay again! There was 4 of us, 2 couples. We all had the best time. Outdoor patio for sitting outside and drinking your own beer as well.

BEACH BUMS AND MUSIC LOVERS

What a place to be! My fiancƩ and I are beyond pleased with our visit. We were in town for a wedding but also wanted to have our own little getaway. As we are avid Music lovers, the pandemic taking away from us being able to see any live shows.. the Kai Tiki bar directly next door was a HUGE plus for us to get our jam on. But that isn't even the best part.. The best part by far is being able to wake up, open the blinds and immediately see the beach/ocean. We'd toss on our suits and walk directly across the road to Caddy's (our new favorite spot) Where the service was top notch and the food/drinks were everything our taste buds craved. Very very pleased and will love to visit again! Thanks!

Beautiful Beach

The beaches here were very beautiful and this place has a great ocean view and large balcony. We seen dolphins almost everyday we were here! There is a tiki bar beside the rental and ocean front restaurant in front of rental. This is a pretty busy and noisy area, but we didnā€™t mind the noise. The rental is decorated nicely although the living room furniture is not the same as pictured online, also the pictures make it look like a newer rental but it definitely is a older built rental. There was no check-in or check out book/instructions, which would have been helpful. For example, I didnā€™t see a dumpster outside the property so I didnā€™t know where to dispose of the trash bags. Also, there was no dish cloth or kitchen towels at all so I had to use a regular washcloth to take hot stuff out of the oven. They only provided a thin sponge that looked like it had already been used on the kitchen sink. There were a few dishes that were still dirty and had food particles on them that I had to wash before using. There was only one kitchen knife in the whole kitchen for cutting, we were a family of four so I planned on cooking meals for most of our vacation to save money and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils. (Besides knifes) also Online it showed that there was a grill as an amenity, and unfortunately the grill did not have any propane so we were not able to utilize the grill for the steaks that we bought for dinner. I feel like these things should be checked before guest arrive to ensure we get to utilize the amenities listed for property. Also, With us being a family of four there were not enough wash cloths for our family throughout our stay and since there is no washer or dryer at this property they should have been better stocked. When we checked in the thermostat was on 81 degrees so I set it to 73 degrees and it never got down under 75 degrees, so the air conditioning is not great at the property. It seemed to stay around 79 degrees inside during the day and got cooler at night. For the most part we were comfortable and able to cool down inside compared to how hot is was outside. The sliding glass door to the balcony was difficult to open and shut and was not aligned properly so it came of track almost every time we tried to go in and out to balcony. I was afraid it would fall on the kids and break. Personally we would not stay at this property again but overall we enjoyed our stay and made the best of it.

Checking out new accomodations

We knew going into the vacation that there would be noise and people around. Not a problem. But the most irritating aspect was with the Caddy's employee who kept parking in the spot assigned to the condo. They need to figure out a way to insure there would be no hassle in getting the assigned parking space. Part of the rental was the parking space -
