This Property is Pet (Dogs) Friendly. Read before booking!
We're happy to welcome dogs, but there are a few important guidelines to follow:
• Advance Notice Required: You must notify the management company in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Please include your dog's breed, weight, and age. The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. Bringing an unauthorized pet or failing to pay the required pet fee will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of all rental payments, as this is a breach of our Rental Contract.
• Dog Size Limit: One or two (2) dogs allowed up to 75 pounds total.
• Pet Fees:
o 1 dog
• $175 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week
• $275 minimum past 1 week up to per month
o 2 dogs
• $275 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week
• $399 minimum past 1 week up to per month
Not Permitted:
• No dogs under 12 months old must be housebroken, neutered, or spayed.
• The following breeds (and any mixes thereof) are not allowed:
Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull (any mix), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog hybrid. We reserve the right to decline any dog for any reason.
Rules While On Property:
• Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit.
• Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.
• All dog walks must take defecation off the association property. The city property is usually the sidewalk and away from the property.
• Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach.
• Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.

Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (ā€œEmotional support animalā€ means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. HUD also defines Assistance Animals as ā€œAn assistance animal is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or that provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified effects of a person's disability. An assistance animal is not a pet.ā€ We are happy to accommodate guests with assistance animals, adhering to online booking sites policies and all applicable laws. Florida Statute addresses this in Chapter 760.27, DISCRIMINATION IN THE TREATMENT OF PERSONS; MINORITY REPRESENTATION. Beach Haven B4 rests on the south end of Treasure Island, which is blessed with long stretches of glistening white sandy beaches that boast the "Old Florida" feeling. Treasure Island is a more peaceful option for those who want to stay away from the crowded beaches, making it the perfect vacation spot for visitors looking for a quiet getaway. Within a 5-minute drive, you can enjoy dinner overlooking the Gulf sunset at popular Caddy's on the Beach or sip island drinks overlooking the peaceful Intracoastal waterway at the Salty Rim Grill. The world-famous John's Pass Village, an old fishing village, has been transformed into a shopping area, is just 2 miles away and home to a wide variety of shops, stores, restaurants, and bars. John's Pass Village has something for everyone.

This was the perfect place! 2 decks overlooking the ocean- we ate outside most meals. There were Tommy Bahama beach chairs to use. The outdoor shower was key. After every beach time we showered our kiddos before tracking in the sand- so easy. We walked to get drinks just down the beach at Caddys and Tiki hut bar. Walked to eat at Sea Dog Brewery. Also drove a quick drive with easy parking at St Johns Pass to eat/shop. I really hope to stay here again! An fyi for families- my mobile 2 year old loved all the beautiful decor (which we quickly hid away), and the flights of stairs since it is a town home, which made it a bit tricky. Being steps away from the beach, not as busy as other touristy beach towns was simply amazing! I appreciated this place was a family run business and not managed by a large FLcondo rental business.

We had a really great time at Jeff & Gina's property in Treasure Island. It was walking distance to great restaurants and bars and had easy access to the beach! Everything about this stay was perfect, we all said we would stay again!

We loved this property. We are local to Tampa & we still felt like we were on a vacation. This house is in an excellent location with lots of restaurants, and a Publix right down the street. You can’t beat the views, & for the price we paid per night this property was a steal! We look forward to renting this beautiful condo again!

Loved the property and location and the hosts were very responsive. My only criticism is that there really should be an additional A/C unit on the 2nd level where the bedrooms are located I've stayed in properties that added a "mini-split"A/C unit, and I think this would be a good option for this property. I took away a "star" because of this.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Great access and views of beach. We didn’t realize only 1 en-suite bedroom. The 2nd bedroom with king size bed does not have connecting bath. Also, living room is small with horrible positioning of TV - always a glare from glass patio doors. (Disappointing only because we wanted to watch March Madness.) Dryer takes multiple cycles to dry small load of 3 towels at a time.

This location was perfect for two families to share with ease of access to the beach. The kids could walk back-and-forth all day. Beds were very comfortable! We were able to use beach chairs and umbrellas and sand toys that were all left in the downstairs storage closet. Can’t beat the view of having the beach in your backyard!

Six of us stayed at the condo for a break from February in Ohio. The condo is gorgeous, and the location is perfection. We saw dolphins from the balcony every day! We used the kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, and grill that come with the condo. The hosts seriously thought of everything to help us make the most of our stay. Restaurants and grocery stores are all within walking distance. I can’t recommend this condo enough!! Thank you for helping us create such awesome memories, we will be back.

Great host and excellent communication. We discovered some housekeeping issues on day 1 but the owners worked to help remedy the issues promptly and assured us they would follow up with the housekeeper. Overall, the location is excellent and property is very nice with gorgeous views. Soft and comfortable beds in all rooms, including the bunkers for the kids.

The property served us well - from the beach access, ping pong table, beach bikes, stocked kitchen necessities and 3 full baths. We did receive permission to increase the AC below 73 as there was a mildew smell. The property managers responded promptly and affirmatively to accommodate our comfort and concern. We had a great visit!!

We loved every minute of our stay. We were comfortable and loved the view and the connivence of the property . Getting up everyday to that beautiful view was lovely. Communication from everyone once we booked and arrived, made the visit easy and stress free. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property and the company itself to anyone.

Incredible beach and sunset views. Large living area on the balcony that we used a lot (inside living room is small). Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-appointed - the knives were actually sharp, which seems so rare in rentals. They do ask that you keep the AC set at 73 which felt really hot to us so we purchased some fans to keep the air moving. If you run hot, you might want to consider that. (They did allow us to reduce the temp at night which was helpful!) The location is fantastic - you are right on the sand practically! We love Shrimpy's restaurant which is about a 7 minute walk away. Publix is 5 minute drive. There is some street noise, as others have noted, but it did not bother us.

We found this as the very last second and it saved our vacation for sure. The house is great. Right on the beach with gorgeous views and porches. We would definitely stay again. Only complaint is that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom is very noisy. They did respond right away about it but it didn’t get fixed. I suspect they just need a new fan to be honest. Everything else was fantastic.
