Breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you to Florida when you stay in this inviting condo. The warm décor coupled with cooling tile throughout, unite the comforts of home with beachfront living. The stunning kitchen offers granite counter tops and a wide open view of the living area and balcony. In addition to the Dining area there is a cozy breakfast nook for your use. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a flat screen TV and wireless internet service. Building #10 is located right next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community.

You will have tons of things to do in the area if you are looking for activities! Treasure Island has some of the most beautiful beaches, you can explore more than just Sunset Beach! John's Pass Village is approximately 3.5 miles away, offering a lively waterfront experience with shops, restaurants, water sports, and entertainment for all ages. Explore all of our area beaches and beach towns by using the trolley system! The Trolly runs Gulf Blvd., providing hassle-free transportation all along our local area coastline. Walk to Caddy's on the Beach (about 3/4 miles) and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere, live entertainment and beachfront dining, a popular local spot just down the road.

The condo was very clean, gorgeous view of beach. Close access to pool and beach. Perfect! I would recommend to anyone. I will most definitely be back and that will be the condo I choose to rent next visit.

Very nice two-bedroom apartment with a nice view of the ocean. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The property was clean and had all the necessary supplies. WIFI was great. We had an issue with the AC in the master bedroom: the system had some sort of flaw which caused it to not push much cold air into the master bedroom. That resulted in the master bedroom being uncomfortably warmer than the rest of the apartment. I'm sure it didn't help that it was very hot and humid that week. The bigger issue was with the maintenance staff. When I called, the lady first said "previous guests didn't report any problems" & to make sure the vents are open (they were). Either this person was new to this property and hadn't dealt with previous calls about the master bedroom AC, or she didn't read reviews on this unit. If you look at reviews for the unit, you can see previous renters also had the same issue: * From Sherry - June 2021: "only concern was that the air vent in the master bedroom did not blow cold air" * From Jo - June 2021: "The air flow vent in the master bedroom was putting out ZERO air flow." * From sheriy1 - May 2020: "The master is very hot and doesn’t get the best A/C but does have a fan!" * From Frank - Apr 2017: "Air conditioning did not work well in master bedroom." A technician did come a couple of days later (they were closed Sundays) and worked around the issue by closing other vents to force more air out of the master bedroom's vent. That addressed the problem for the rest of our stay. So - I was overall happy with the unit but disappointed that an AC issue that was reported many times in the past was never properly addressed.

I will definitely be going back! The area itself was quite busy (note it was also a holiday weekend). But since the complex is gated, it was so relaxing! I would almost forget all of the hustle and bustle of the town!

Very nice condo on a beautiful property.

We spent 7 days in this condo! It was beautiful although there were a lot of dead bugs on the floor.... could have used better cleaning! The good news is that the location could not be better! Steps away from the beach, a beautiful pool with shuffle board, beach volleyball, etc. There is a playground steps down the beach and also a lovely beach bar down the way. Sunsets on the balcony or the beach are spectacular!! Powder sand is great, too! Well appointed kitchen and good dvds, games, books to keep you busy! The bad news -The second bedroom with two beds are pretty rough as the beds have major dents in them... they really need new mattresses or else you will break your back. Ok for small children but not adults. The master is very hot and doesn’t get the best A/C but does have a fan! The fridge is old so you have to make sure the door is closed properly or else your food will spoil. These are all things you can manage for the price!
