"The location was excellent! I love the room and the staff was fabulous except for the bartender and person in charge on evenings! He was rude and unaccommodating. He’s a type of person that ruins a perfect evaluation! Everything there was perfect except for him, and I recommend that the establishment replace him. I saw him being rude to others as well. "

"Had a great stay at the hotel, the lady at reception at check in I felt didn’t really want to be there, I found the price of the stay slightly high due to the maintenance of the room, the view was amazing though, the room was very very warm and paint work bad. "Very nice apartment convenient for local attractions. Walking distance of Whalebone Arch. If, like me, you don’t have a var, it's within walkin distance of supermarket, local tourist bus which goes to all local attractions, including the Abbey. Be aware the loft appartment is up 3 flights of stairs, but once you reach it, it is very quaint and an ideal base. I was there when it was very strong winds and heavy rain, but the flat js very snug and warm so I was pleasantly surprised. Well stocked...

"Absolutely lovely cottage, clean, cosy and in the perfect location. We have had a great time. Very steep stairs inside the property and a fairly short bed so if you are super tall with mobility problems it might be difficult but for us it was perfect."
