The space description
1st Floor:
Walking into the house you will find the living room area with glass sophisticated painting on the walls, with a comfy sofa with 85’ Class LED 4k series smart TV, in a open space, the speakers system and the kitchen. Fully equipment kitchen. Its comes with Coffee Maker, toaster, multi rice cooker, and a blender. Kitchen pots and utensils. All-purpose First AID kit is on top of the kitchen cabinets.Washer and dryer on the first floor.
. Then a full bathroom shower pan, and then the first-floor bedroom, with queen size bed, with white closet and 55’ class 4K smart TV.

2nd Floor:
A short trip upstairs through all black modern stairs firsthand will find the second bedroom with white closet and 55’ class 4K smart TV and full-size bed with drawers and charging station,2USB Port & 2 power outlet.
Next door you will find a 2nd full bathroom, with tub shower.
Then at the end of the hallway comes the presidential suite with a king size bed with drawers and charging station,2USB Port & 2 power outlet, high ceiling fan, LED lights, white closet, 75’ class 4k smart TV, with breathtaking view of the Arch and city downtown. With exclusive presidential master bathroom, with double white vanities and shower.
3rd floor
The cozy third-floor hideaway bedroom is perfect for kids and teens,favorite for our younger guests, with access via a charming but steep, narrow staircase, it may be challenging for elderly people.
TV 50’ class 4K smart Roku TV, with two full-size beds with drawers and charging station. With the amazing view of the arch and the city.

All mattresses and pillows have waterproof covers.
All ceiling has it comes with control remote located next to the bed.
TV control remote will be located next to the bed.
All bathrooms come w/ hair dryer, body wash, shampoo & conditioner.
All towels and face wash will be stored in each bed drawer.
The house has security systems outside of the property.
Parking :street parking and a 2 parking spot in front of the gate as well.
