"It was very clean and nicely decorated. The house is a cool old building. The AC worked great (important, as it was super muggy outside.) I was only there for a couple nights but I think it would have worked well for a longer stay. "

"We had a great stay overall. The location is convenient—right in midtown with easy street parking. The apartment is the newly updated first floor of an older duplex. It was clean, had comfortable beds, and offered plenty of space for the three of us.The bathroom is on the smaller side, but we were able to make it work. As it’s an older building, noise from the upstairs unit was noticeable—particularly at night, with what sounded like kids running and loud footsteps well into the early morning...

"The property was great. We aware that the walls don't run to the ceiling in the bed rooms so there is a bit more noise between the rooms. Also the street noise at night is a lot! There were cars racing down the street throughout the night that were very loud. But the property was clean, comfortable and well-equipped."

"Great place to stay in St. Louis! Host Pam, was very communicative! Checked in with us before our arrival and provided help quickly! St. Louis was experiencing extreme heat while we were there and our group had a person using the pull out sofa bed where the air didn't circulate as well. Asked for a stand fan and it was brought very quickly. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!"

" It is on a quite street with parking out front, and a great very large park nearby. Public transportation including light rail is with in .5 miles. Walgreens very close. Lots of great restaurants in area. Much less expensive than Union station where my event was being held. Very well decorated and has all the amenities one needs. Structurally the building/floor could use some work but the build is very old and the owners are getting it done."
