Welcome to our beautiful property travellers ! Welcome to Malta ! Here we offer you to stay in our comfy 2BR, 2BATH home, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large sofa bed and access to an outdoor space.

Upon entering our property, you will be greeted with a lovely living area, TV area with sofa and a dining area. Also included are 2 large bedrooms.

Located in the vibrant neighbourhood of St. Julians, this apartment is perfect for every occasion. Also included is strong WIFI and AC.

WIFI and Air-conditioning.

Kitchen| The well-equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring modern appliances and all the necessary amenities. Prepare delicious meals with ease and savor them at the dining table

Living area| Relax on the comfortable sofas, catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply unwind and enjoy the natural light filtering through the large windows.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, the 1st Bedroom is a double bedroom including an ensuite and the other with bunk beds that accommodate two people.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide are of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one being an ensuite equipped with a shower while the other is a separate bathroom having a bath.

Lift is available in the common parts.

For those seeking entertainment and nightlife, St. Julians is renowned for its bustling nightlife options. Taxis are readily available in St. Julians, offering a convenient and comfortable mode of transportation. You can book your taxi through an app (Bolt, Uber or ecabs).

If you prefer the freedom to explore at your own pace, renting a car is a popular option. Several car rental agencies operate in St. Julians and throughout Malta. Be aware that driving is on the left-hand side, and parking spaces might be limited in busy areas.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self-checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
