"Excellent location and fantastic property. We had a great time in St. Augustine. The property owner is top notch in making sure every need is met. The cottage was cute and clean. We were able to relax and visit our family without worry. We walked to the downtown bay front, historic district, restaurants, and even church. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Blake. "

"We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available."

"The property more than met all of our needs, from accommodating our multiple generational family, to affording us access to historical downtown St. Augustine, the nearby beaches and Jacksonville. "The property is convenient to literally everything!! The pool was perfect and the room was comfortable. The golf cart was a very nice perk to go to breakfast and then to the beach. The host is great. It would be nice to be able to use the bathroom without "trapping" anyone else who is with you in either the bedroom or outside; however, it is not an issue if toilet privacy is not a huge deal. I did not pick on this from the pictures but it definitely would not have changed my mind about...
