"Had great time at the house. It's very large and was stocked with enough bath towels and dishes. We loved having access to the pool and gym. The ac kept the entire house very cool. We also loved the oversized washer and dryer. My only recommendation is to replace the beach umbrella and add a few more beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Absolutely excellent love the neighborhood everything was easy to walk everything was very convenient love just stepping out the door and onto the beach was only a block away easy walk restaurants convenience stores pharmacies all within walking distance I absolutely loved it at night it was very peaceful and quiet the rental was super clean super bright and gorgeous and had everything you needed if you decided to cook or whatever but because of the restaurants and the locations of everything...

"The property was phenomenal. The host was amazing as well and had amazing communication. There was not an overwhelming amount of “extra” decor, making the property feel like a true home. I recommend this property 100%. It is in the middle of Jacksonville, so there are many places near when we stayed. The cleaners also did an amazing job, everything was set up beautifully, and there was more than enough supplies given. Thank you for the beautiful experience."

"We were in town for our oldest grandson's graduation. Our younger grandsons loved coming to see the horses and learning about them. This property is perfectly located, convenient to everything, yet quiet and private. Perfect stay, will be back when visiting in the future!"

"First impressions of the house were great. The primary bedroom was on the opposite side of the house away from the secondary rooms, so every could have their own spaces to relax.The house was clean and located in a quite part of the neighborhood. We were within a 5 minute walk to the beach or the local restaurants (Aunt Kates and Reefs). It was so easy to take in a sunrise at the beach or sunset from the docks at Aunt Kates restaurant.We would definently stay here again."

"A beautiful small cottage. Small but roomy. We only had two people but 4 could easily be comfortable. Quiet lovely neighborhood with easy walkability to many restaurants and sights. Lincolnville is interesting all by itself. We went to the Cultural History Museum a few blocks away as well as just touring the neighborhood historical markers.
