This renovated Florida-style home away from home is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach or bay and within a short drive of great attractions, including St. George Island Lighthouse, Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve Nature Center, Florida Seafood Festival Inc, Battery Park, Orman House Historic State Park, and East Slough Overlook. There is a golf cart available for an additional fee that would be ideal for exploring!

The home has spacious decks for entertaining, viewing, and enjoying the refreshing coastal breeze. Inside this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover an inviting living room with comfy seating and a TV, a well-appointed kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops, and a great dining area with beautiful views. The living room leads out to a screened porch that is also great for dining and playing cards and board games. Laundry will be a breeze with the washer/dryer on-site. The main level also enjoys two spacious bedrooms with skylights. The third bedroom and half bath can be found downstairs, separated from the main house.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
